  • JMP Fitness and Performance has been in buisness since 2011, and we aren’t going anywhere.
  • I have personally worked with hundreds of clients looking to make changes to their fitness and health.
  • As a competitive endurance athlete with over 20 years racing experience in running, cycling and triathlon, from 5Ks to ultramarathon, from road racing to mountain biking, and from sprint triathlon to Ironman (both on and off road,) I know exactly what my athletes are experiencing during their training and racing, and how to best prepare them to reach new personal records.

  • I use evidence-based program design.  If it has not been proven to work in the research, in the gym, and on the road, then I don’t use it!
  • I never push you past your physical limits. My programs are progressively designed to ease your body and mind into the new workout and nutrition routine to limit the risk of injury and put you on the path to life-long success.
  • I coach using the latest performance management software for my runners to deliver consistent training programs that eliminate over-training and puts my athletes in the best position to meet their race day goals.
