The New Year is here, so that means it is about time for the 2019 JMP-New Year-Beat The Coach- Clean Living Challenge! This is the 3rd Challenge in the JMP Challenge Series for 2018-2019. Last January we made healthy changes during the challenge that lasted some of us all year long.  If you didn’t compete against me last time (or didn’t beat me,) here is your chance! We are going to eat better, exercise more, and drop some unwanted body fat in January!   We are going to do it together, and you guys will be competing for some valuable prizes and JMP Challenge Series points.
